A rice tray is easy to put together with items you may already have in your kitchen&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">How to Colour Rice for Sensory Play<\/h2>\n<h3>You will need:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 large roasting tray<\/li>\n<li>1 bag of rice<\/li>\n<li>food colouring in assorted colors<\/li>\n<li>1 plastic container or zip lock bag<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/mypoppet.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/rice2Btray2Bcolouring.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" title=\"make coloured rice\" src=\"https:\/\/mypoppet.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/rice2Btray2Bcolouring.jpg\" alt=\"make colored rice\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<h3>How to:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Pour about a third of the rice into your container and add a few drops of food colouring. The more colour you add the more intense the final result.<\/li>\n<li>Shake, shake, shake. She also loved sticking her feet in it and feeling it between her toes.
