As I was munching on one whilst knitting, I had a brain wave &#8211; A <strong>Knitted Hot Cross Bun<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m becoming more and more confident with my knitting since I started last year, so I thought it was time that I shared instructions for a knitted project on the blog.<\/p>\n<p>This is quite a simple pattern that only required a few basic skills to make. If you know how to cast on and off, knit and purl and stitch seams together you are set.<\/p>\n<p>I also use a fun technique to make i-cord for the bun icing. (45 stitches)<\/li>\n<li>Knit with beige yarn, stockinette stitch for 1.5&#8243;<\/li>\n<li>Cast off 15 stitches, knit 15 stitches, cast off 15 stitches. Break yarn (15 stitches)<\/li>\n<li>Knit (beige yarn) stockinette stitch for 4.5&#8243;<\/li>\n<li>Cast off<\/li>\n<li>Weave in ends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is what it should look like.
