There are many ways to create these, we used our Scan N Cut machine to make two cut-outs. If you don&#8217;t have a cutting machine, you can use any other heart shape as a template. We used two pink shades and a white tissue paper with little gold dots but you can choose any colour you like. You can use any circle shape to make a template, I raided my girls play kitchen and found something with the perfect little circumference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TIP:<\/strong> double or even triple fold the tissue paper over and cut numerous layers at the same time, it saves so much cutting.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-56022 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mypoppet.com.au\/makes\/mp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Make-tissue-paper-circles.jpg\" alt=\"Make tissue paper circles\" width=\"690\" height=\"1035\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mypoppet.com.au\/makes\/mp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Make-tissue-paper-circles.jpg 690w, https:\/\/mypoppet.com.au\/makes\/mp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Make-tissue-paper-circles-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/mypoppet.com.au\/makes\/mp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Make-tissue-paper-circles-600x900.jpg 600w, https:\/\/mypoppet.com.au\/makes\/mp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Make-tissue-paper-circles-330x495.jpg 330w, https:\/\/mypoppet.com.au\/makes\/mp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Make-tissue-paper-circles-307x460.jpg 307w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>3-<\/strong> Cut out a piece of adhesive sheet larger than your heart. Stick down one heart onto the sticky side of the film. Now you can start filling your heart cut-out with the small tissue paper circles.
