I love wasabi peas, they are little unassuming legumes that really pack a flavour punch. Normally I pair them with beer because it’s the only thing that will extinguish their fiery goodness, but I’d never though to add them to a roast beef salad until…
I had this delicious and healthy Roast Beef, Broccolini and Wasabi Pea salad at the Museum Harvest Cafe in Lilydale.
I really enjoyed it, and the addition of the Wasabi Peas was genius as salads always need a bit of crunch.
The beef and spicy horserashish covered peas are a classic combination that isn’t hot at all in a salad.
I don’t have the chefs recipe but have written my own version.
I used smoked beef from the deli as an easy alternative to making my own roast beef. It’s a quick and easy healthy salad recipe that would make a delicious lunch or side with a meal. All those greens are good for your insides too!
This salad would be a perfect way to use roast beef leftovers from last nights dinner, and I also think it would work great with leftover roast chicken as well.
Use what you have available, salads are great for mixing and matching.

Cintia, I have been following your blog since the beginning and you never cease to amaze me! I love reading your posts and looking at your photos. Always so colorful and easy to follow directions for things to make. Much gratitude from a fellow crafter and mom also! Keep up the great work!
So kind of you to say Rena. It’s lovely to have such supportive readers. Thank you.
This looks delish and exotic! The wasabi peas add such interesting flavours and textures- thanks for the tip Cintia!
Yes, I’ll be adding them to all my salads now.
