2. Knitted Vanilla Slice
At it’s best, eating a good vanilla slice can be a transcendent experience, at it’s worst, well you can understand why this cake is colloquially known by some as the ‘snot block’. Eew! Like them or loathe them, you have to admit, these knitted vanilla slices are a plate full of fun. Make a few for a kid in your life and play ‘cake shop’. You can get the PFD pattern on Etsy (aff link) – here

4. Fairy Bread Piñata
These little Fairy Bread Piñatas would make awesome party favours for any celebration, but especially an Australia Day party! 5. Fairy Bread Sew-On Patches
Because two fairy bread themed crafts just aren’t enough, I thought I’d throw in my DIY beaded fairy bread sew-on patches. Perfect to embellish any and every item of clothing with. Get the tutorial with instructions here.
6. Crochet Iced Vovo Biscuit Brooch
No tea party is complete without a plate of Iced Vovos. There is a distinctive lack of Iced Vovo biscuit crafts on the web, I may need to remedy that soon. I did find this cute crochet pattern, so if you fancy wearing one as a brooch you can find the PDF crochet pattern here.
